Recognise peach leaf curl

This fungal disease affects peaches, nectarines, almonds and sometimes ornamental Prunus. The reddened and distorted leaves fall early and weaken the plant's growth. This plant was bought from a garden centre which obviously didn't have a chance to control the disease while the centre was locked down, but it will put out new growth and recover with TLC.
