How is it delivered and assessed?

  1. (Independent) This qualification is examined by an Independent City & Guilds NPTC Assessor after training has been completed at a mutually convenient date. In most instances (subject to Assessor availability) we can arrange assessment directly after training. Assessment can take 1.5 - 3.0 hours and will always be at the venue at which you trained.
  2. (Integrated) This qualification can be examined by the Trainer who delivered the training. Small groups can be trained and assessed in one day, larger groups trained on day one and assessed on another mutually convenient date. If you are not sure about which option to choose, we recommend option 2, it provides the learner with continuity in respect of both training and assessment.
