Golden hop is a vigorous perennial herbaceous climber, and will easily cover a garage or shed roof or scramble into trees; leaf colour ages to yellow- green and male and female flowers are on separate plants, like hollies, so you will only get decorative (or useful) hops if you have a female vine.
