Keep looking out for sycamores

If there are sycamores in your area, you probably see plenty of seedlings in your garden. Keep an eye out for the bronzed and rather ornamental foliage which indicates one of last year's seedlings has escaped notice by germinating in the middle of another plant - and when you pull it out, take a really good grip as the taproot will already be well-developed.
