Clematis 'Buckland Beauty'

This late-summer-flowering clematis has many small pinkish-purple urn-shaped flowers; the waxy-looking tepals turn back at the tip revealing the greenish-yellow throat of each flower. It is sometimes grouped with texensis hybrids but is now generally considered as part of a separate Viornia Group.
