Gleditsia triancathos 'Sunburst'

This is one the latest trees to come into leaf in the garden. 'Sunburst' is a cultivar of Gleditsia f. inermis, the thornless form of the Honey Locust. The small deciduous tree has feathery golden-yellow leaves, getting greener as they mature over the summer.
