Aucuba japonica 'Crotonifolia'

Japanese spotted laurel isn't actually a laurel like Prunus laurocerasus, but it's another useful evergreen shrub for difficult sites. 'Crotonifolia' has large leathery leaves heavily spotted and blotched with deep yellow; you need both male and female plants to get the red berries on female forms.
