Lilium regale

The regal lily is tall and striking -the trumpet-shaped large white flowers are yellow in the centre and flushed with purple on the outside, with a very strong fragrance. This year we planted 100 in the four sections of roses in the box parterre at North Moreton and the effect is striking.
