Iris foetidissima citrina

Iris foetidissima

Iris foetidissima reproduces  freely from seed, producing constant varations; the botanists recognise a separate variety I. foetidissima citrina which may occur alongside clumps of the regular form. It is still subtle, with petals varying from palest lemon to beige.
