Siberian squill is native to Russia and the Caucasus region, so it is very hardy and vigorous where it's been introduced to the UK. The hanging bell-shaped flowers are an intense blue, and each bulb produces 3 to 4 flower stems above a clump of narrow strap-shaped leaves.
