Photinia x fraseri 'Red Robin'.
This tough evergreen shrub is very popular for hedging or 'topworked' standard specimens where there isn't room for a full-sized tree; its young growth is scarlet, it has panicles of white flowers and old foliage can turn crimson in winter.
