Viburnum tinus

This is one of the evergreen forms of Viburnum, but unfortunately the viburnum beetle finds the dull green leaves very attractive, so the laurustinus has fallen out of favour as a hedging plant. Clusters of white flowers, pink in bud during the winter months, make it an attractive shrub if you can overcome the beetle.
