Buy snowdrops 'in the green'

Snowdrops and aconites transplant more successfully when they are in growth, rather than as dry bulbs or corms. In January/February, suppliers will sell you snowdrops 'in the green' (after flowering) which is the cheapest way to establish them effectively.
