Lysimachia atropurpurea 'Beaujolais'

‘Beaujolais’ is a favourite with garden designers and is often seen in show gardens at Chelsea or Hampton Court.  It isn't a long-lived perennial, but the crimson flower spikes contrast with the silver-green foliage and pair well with ornamental grasses in prairie plantings.
