Cercis siliquastrum f. albida
The white flowered form of Cercis is a natural variant of the pink-flowered tree; there is one cultivar 'White Swan', and also another similar white tree C. reniformis 'Texas White'. It's a very striking tree, but quite hard to find in nurseries.
