Recognise daisies
1st April 2022
The common daisy is a weed of short, mown turf, associated with daisy-chains. In herbal medicine and homeopathy, it ranks with arnica for external application to treat wounds and bleeding, can be chewed to treat mouth ulcers and as a tea it can help with mucus in bronchitis and colds. In lawns, perfectionists will remove it with a daisy-grubber.
