Scilla forbesii

This small but lovely bulb is another plant that has changed its name in the last few years, and not everyone has caught up; Chionodoxa forbesii has disappeared into the Scilla genus, but it's always been very hard to distinguish between them unless you were a botanist! The clear blue flowers with white centres do well and spread in any well-drained soil.
