Plumbago auriculata

Cape leadwort isn't hardy in most of the UK,but the evergreen shrub can sprawl to more than 4m (with support) in a cool greenhouse or conservatory; the slender stems have light green, spoon-shaped leaves and masses of slightly sticky sky-blue flowers.
