'Gooseneck loosestrife' is a rather unappealing name for this unusual, vigorous and clump-forming member of the Lysimachia genus - simple spikes of white flowers like Veronica are held high over greyish-green leaves, but the flower heads bend at the neck as if they are always wilting.
