Eupatorium cannabinum

Hemp agrimony is a robust perennial native to the UK, which grows easily to 1.5m. It's been used medicinally for centuries as a anti-viral and a gentle laxative, but nowadays the plant is valued more more the pollen and nectar which it provides for bees.  It prefers damp soils, and can seed itself widely. If it pops up in the wrong place, remove it quickly because it develops a massive rootball which is difficult to dig out.
