Robinia hispida

The Rose Acacia is a tall deciduous shrub with very bristly branches, pinnate leaves and short racemes of pea flowers like a rose pink laburnum. It is best trained as a wall-shrub, because the branches are very brittle and as it gets older it can easily snap in strong winds.
