Earth up potatoes in bags

If you are growing early potatoes in bags, keep topping the bags up with compost as shoots grow to encourage tubers to form along the underground stems. Where you rolled down the top of the bag to make watering easier, unrol it and gradually keep 'earthing up' until the bag is full.
