Pieris 'Forest Flame'

Pieris need an acid soil to thrive, but if you can give them the right conditions they will reward you with long strands of Lily of the Valley- type flowers in early spring, followed by spectacular red young foliage. 'Forest Flame' has white flowers, but there are other cultivars with dark red flowers or variegated foliage.
