Pinch out tips from plug plants

Early plug plants like Nemesia are growing away well, and some of them are beginning to flower too; this is useful to make sure that the colours are what you expect, but if you pinch out the flowers and shoot tips too, your plants will be bushier by the time you are ready to plant them out.
