Tweedia coerulea (Oxypetalum coeruleum)

This is a scrambling or twining evergreen sub-shrub  from Southern America  - grown as a tender perennial in the UK. It has heart-shaped greyish-green downy leaves  and  clusters of five-petalled sky  flowers of an amazing sky blue.  It's fairly easy from seed and will flower by late summer.
