Vinca difformis

The intermediate periwinkle has many virtues - its foliage is glossy and evergreen, and its habit isn't quite as rampant as some of its relatives. The petals of its pale blue asymmetrical flowers look slightly twisted, but they appear over a long season between October and March, with sporadic flowers throughout the year.
