Use cyclamen for autumn underplanting

Cyclamen hederifolium is coming into flower now and provides a welcome lift of colour in shady sites;because it is summer-dormant, think about using it where large herbaceous plants like this Rheum tend to dominate an area earlier in the year and would overwhelm any other underplanting which would need light to survive.
