Amicia zygomeris

This is another statuesque plant, adding height and imposing foliage to summer borders. The odd-looking woody-based perennial from Mexico has down-turned leaves composed of 2 pairs of heart-shaped leaflets. In autumn it produces pea-like purple and yellow flowers.
