watch out for fuchsia reversion

Variegated hardy fuchsias like this one ('Tom West') will come back from their woody bases year after year, but quite often some of the new shoots won't have the variegated foliage for which you are growing them. Remove these shoots if they spoil the appearance of the plants - or gradually the plants will be more green than variegated.
