Courgettes often have marbled leaves because of virus, or dull patchy white leaves when powdery mildew takes hold. These leaves have a peculiar almost metallic shine and a strong gold variegation, but it isn't a sign of disease - it's a yellow courgette and the lack of pigmentation extends from the fruits to the leaves.
