Olearia macrodonta

The New Zealand Holly is a vigorous evergreen shrub with leathery grey-green leaves which have a felting of white underneath, giving them a silvery appearance; in really cold winters these leaves can suffer badly from frost damage. In summer it produces clusters of rather unexpected fragrant white daisy-flowers.
