Catch dandelions before they seed

Dandelions seed themselves prolifically and grow in even the smallest crevices and cracks in paving. They can flower over a very long period, so it is very important to remove the flowers even if you don't weed the dandelions out, or at least catch the seedheads before they can disperse themselves.
