Plant 'ridge-and furrow' potatoes

Another method of planting is to making ridges/furrows and planting your potatoes in each furrow: it makes earthing up from the ridges easy and effective to give a good crop, though it's better in open ground - a small space like a raised bed doesn't give you much scope for this!
