Viburnum x bodnantense 'Dawn'

This is a  very different viburnum, a vigorous deciduous shrub which flowers for months through winter and early spring, with a new flush of sweetly-scented flowers whenever some have been frosted. It is tall with a suckering habit, and generally you prune by thinning ,not chopping back; but if you have let it outgrow its space, it will respond well to being pruned really hard.
