Iris reticulata 'Katharine Hodgkin'

The distinctive pale slate-blue petals of this special iris are marked with darker blue and with a pattern of gold almost like leopard print at the base. This cultivar is slow to spread and bulk up, and this is reflected in its price in garden centres.
